Welcome 2021 and Instagram Live soon.

Katerina MorinIt was a hell of a year, wasn’t it? If you had a baby this year, you are an absolute rockstar whatever birth you had. This year was different from what we visioned, planned, and anticipated. At times it felt scary, painful, intense, and extra challenging for everyone. However, every challenge brings us an opportunity to reconnect with what is most important, to learn, to rise, to create and feel pleasure throughout that intensity.

For me this year felt alchemic. I discovered Functional Medicine and dived into one year deep cleanse program that should help me to remove the toxic load I accumulated through my life and keep me healthy for many years to come. Restricting my diet in so many ways (no gluten, no milk products, no nightshades veggies, no grains) is a challenge on its own, but I’m doing it and I’m looking forward to seeing how my tests come out when I’m done with it.

The lockdown allowed me to see clearly my values around parenting, and hire an amazing private teacher that loves learning new things from me and teaching them to my kids. There are so many benefits to personalized education! I even found some time to teach my kids Russian.

The bond between my husband Dan and I became even stronger as we went through every class of Holistic Sex Coach Kim Anami. I’m really excited about all the discoveries we did along the way and would like them to be part of my future birth education classes.

Moreover, this year Dan and I have started working shoulder to shoulder on the biggest project of our lifetime, our dream city based on lots and lots of amazing and innovative ideas  – www.Mariposa.hn. Unfortunately, it means that the Birth with Pleasure blog will be put on pause until our dream city is a reality. However, once I’m ready to create my birth prep programs and a birth center, Birth with Pleasure will be active again. I’m going to tell you more about it on our Instagram Live some time at the beginning of January 2021.

Meanwhile, I’d love to hear from you! Let me know how was your year 2020? Were there any pleasant surprises for you? What did you learn? How did you grow?
